Chesscake Brownies

Stephanie tells us that this recipe is so easy even a guy can make it. As an experiment, she taught her boyfriend. The experiment proved a great success. He makes it well. In fact, it is the only dessert he will make. Now, this can be good, or this can be bad, depending on how much you like Chesscake Brownies. As this is an excellent recipe, we will say it is good...in this case.

Crust:
1 yellow or white cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg

Mix together and press into greased 13x9 pan.

Topping:
1 Box cream cheese
1 Box powdered sugar
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. cocoa

Mix together and pour over topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

It's not good with cream of mushroom soup over the top, but ice cream and chocolate syrup on the other hand...[Editors note: This is an inside joke, but you can share it at The Real Man's Cookbook.]
